As many of you know, the TaTa Trot is an annual 5k race that raises money for breast cancer research. This race was started three years ago as a senior project by Brevard High School Student, Baylee Hale. It has since become a leading local fundraiser.
Although the event is mostly known as a race, there were also activities for every age group such as games, hair extensions in support of breast cancer, and glitter tattoos. Both cancer survivors and current patients as well as their family and friends came out to the event in support of their loved ones.
Overall, the event had a great turn out and succeeded in their contribution to the American Cancer Society.
