Recently, it was announced that Brevard High School will be receiving Astro turf. Many of the local coaches as well as athletic directors pushed for this change. The installation of the turf was estimated to cost around 500,000 and was approved by the Board of Education.
Installation began in May of 2014. Several educators, board members, faculty and students attended the groundbreaking to show their support of the exciting new addition to Brevard High School.
