Last Friday, October 10, Brevard athletics and clubs paraded through town to prepare for the Brevard High School homecoming game.
It began at around 4 p.m., starting at Brevard High School and ending at Silvermont Park.
The theme of the parade was “Eliminate the Eagles,” in tandem with East Henderson’s mascot, the eagle.
Groups participating in the parade included Brevard High’s French and Spanish clubs, SMART Girls, Future Farmers of America, Art Guild, Project Unify, cross-country team, football team, volleyball team, mens’ soccer team, homecoming court, cheerleaders, and the marching band and color guard.
