There are new scholarships being offered, most of which are due Friday, March 11th. Be sure to apply to all that apply to you.

There is a McDonald’s Future History Makers Scholarship for $5,000. Some of the requirements are, that you must be attending an accredited 2 or 4 year school, you must be a legal US citizen, and you must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Another scholarship opportunity is the BHS- Adrienne Altman Nursing Scholarship. It is for $500 or more. It is for a graduating senior from BHS with a minimum GPA of 3.0. It is for anyone with an earnest desire to pursue a career in nursing, that has a financial need, that has also been involved with HOSA.
“We have several scholarships that will be due next Friday, the 11th. These are the local scholarships, so be sure to apply!” said Thoele.
