Life Hacks- Apps

This week’s life hacks showed different apps that you can use to help out with school.

Using YouTube would be a great way to check out our new Broadcaster videos and also watch educational videos that could help with projects in your classes. Khan Academy has a YouTube channel that gives tutorials on certain math operations and other school related topics! YouTube can also be used for entertainment, there are thousands of channels for all kinds of people!

Spotify allows you to make playlist to listen while at home doing homework or working on different projects. Just sign up for an account and get started with listening to all the music that helps you study.

Google Drive keeps you organized while at school and on the go. You can download additional Google apps to edit your spreadsheets, your slideshows, and your documents.

Duolingo is a great app to help you to learn a language. You can choose your level, either beginner or take a placement test to determine your standings, and then play games to help reinforce learning! It is actually really fun, and it makes learning a language simple and entertaining.

Quizlet can help a lot with studying! You can use it for studying your stem words or even looking up information for online courses. Quizlet is a great resource to use during exams also. Just look up the topic you are taking and what chapter you would like to look at and start studying.

If you are stuck on a math problem PhotoMath can help you with any type of equation you have. It isn’t just for figuring out the answers to your math problems it also has a course where they teach you how to do many different types of problems and can also tutor you during the course. All you have to do is take a photo of the math problem, and PhotoMath shows you the steps to take to solve that problem!
