This week for club spotlight, Chess Club was featured. Chess club meets lunch A in Mrs. Licht’s room. In chess club, members discuss strategies, talk about chess, and most importantly challenge each other to games of chess in order to practice and become better chess players.
In an interview with Damien LaForenza, he stated he was hopeful that later on in the year the club may get to participate in tournaments.
Chess club welcomes all members, beginners and experts, to join on Wednesday lunch A and hone in their chess skills.
