Looking for a chance to have fun for a good cause? Friday, May 26 at 7 o’clock will be the second annual powder puff football game at BHS. Powder puff football is where girls play football and boys are cheerleaders.
Funds raised will go towards Holmes Desmelik’s treatment and towards research for his type of cancer. Holmes is a local boy who is bravely fighting a brain tumor.
Juniors and seniors will be competing against each other, with 15 girls on each team. Varsity football juniors and seniors will coach the girls.
There will also be teams of 10 boys from each grade to be cheerleaders. They will be coached by varsity cheerleaders.
Make sure to come out and support the Desmelik family on Friday, May 26 at 7 p.m.!
