This week with registration coming up, JROTC was a class that we featured.
JROTC is a place where is here to teach students about leadership, citizenship, and character.
Lieutenant Col. Megown talks about how he wants to break the stereotypes of what kind of person that is perceived.
“JROTC is for this type of person, we believe that every student could find something here,” said Lieutenant Col. Megown
Cadet Donovan Carr is a junior, who discussed the JROTC program and how this class will help him in the real world.
“This class builds leadership which is important in, today’s society,” said Donovan Carr
In JROTC, students are taught a variety of things. Everyone will be good at something in that class.
“Kids are good at different things, and what we offer… so many different things that someone will be good at something, we do,” said Lieutenant Col. Megown
