The BHS Broadcaster has announced two events that will raise money for the program. One is a car wash, and the other is a sale of Mother’s Day cards.
The car wash will be held on Saturday, May 4. This fundraiser will begin at 10:30 am and will come to a close at 3:00 pm, and will be located in the Kmart parking lot. There will be a minimum donation of $5 per customer.
Mother’s Day cards will be sold from Monday, April 29 until Wednesday, May 8. For this fundraiser, students’ pictures will be taken in front of a decorative backdrop and they will have the option to hold props such as teddy bears and heart-shaped pillows. The cards can be bought for friends’ mothers, grandmothers, aunts, or godmothers, and will cost $2 each.
