Last Thursday, top performing students from both Rosman and Brevard High school were honored for being on track to graduate as TC Scholars at the annual TC Scholars banquet. A TC Scholar is the highest honor that you can graduate with at both of these high schools so it is truly an achievement to be recognized at this event.
The event began with a dinner followed by the ceremony where all of the students were honored. The ceremony continued by recognizing many of the recipients of our local scholarships. The conclusion of the ceremony was marked by a time for graduating seniors to honor the person who they consider to be their most memorable educator. At this time in the ceremony teachers are called forward and find out what student picked them as their most memorable educator and it makes this time in the ceremony very special for those students and teachers.
It is an honor to be recognized at this ceremony as a student or a teacher and we would like to congratulate everyone who was recognized.
